Consultations Included We believe every great hairstyle begins with conversation. Every appointment starts with a consultation so we can understand your hair history, goals, and lifestyle—to create a plan that fits you. Prices Are Starting Estimates All published service rates are base prices. Final cost may vary depending on hair length, density, texture, complexity, and product use. Any additional charges will be discussed with you before proceeding. 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations / Rescheduling To respect your stylist and fellow clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute changes make it difficult to rebook and may result in service restrictions in the future. Late Arrivals We’ll do our best to accommodate you if you're running late, but your service may need to be shortened to maintain schedule flow. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. No-Shows Missing an appointment without notice affects our ability to serve others. Habitual no-shows may lead to limited booking privileges or being required to pre-book more cautiously. Extra Guests / Children Though we love your support network, we ask that you not bring extra guests unless they also have a booked service. Our space is designed for a calm, focused atmosphere. For children under 13, a guardian must supervise them while in the salon. Service Adjustments & Satisfaction If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We’ll assess and make refinements where possible, subject to stylist availability.
