Absolutely. If you’re unsure what service best fits your goals, fill out the contact form with as many details as you can so we have that part taken care of. You can also email a current photo and inspiration picture to jamglamstudio@gmail.com or text them to 414-233-0737. I’ll review everything personally and help you choose the perfect service for your look and lifestyle.

Can I bring someone with me?

You’re welcome to bring a guest, but because our studio is intentionally intimate and private, I recommend coming solo so you truly relax and receive full attention.

My studio operates by appointment so each client gets dedicated one-on-one care. If you’re hoping for a last-minute slot, feel free to reach out and I’ll see what can be arranged.

What if I’m running late or need to cancel or reschedule?

At JAM Glam Studio, I value your time and want every guest to enjoy the full, relaxing experience they deserve.

Late Arrivals
If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment.

15 Minutes or More
Arrivals 15 minutes late or beyond will be considered a no-show and may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total before rebooking.

Communication
If you’re running late, please text or call as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you.  Communication makes all the difference and is always appreciated.

Respect for Time
Please plan ahead and arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment and ensure every client enjoys the full JAM Glam Studio experience.

Yes. We’ll discuss your starting price during the consultation. If more time or materials are needed, I’ll explain it before we start so you’re never surprised.

I’ll walk you through customized after-care and product suggestions tailored for your hair, nails, or jewelry. And if you ever have questions after your visit, I’m just a message or call away.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are personal care items, Wildflower Strands products are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will happily make it right.

How does local pickup, local delivery, and shipping work?

We offer free local pickup and free local delivery within 20 miles of Elkhorn, WI. If you’re outside of our local delivery area, orders can be shipped for a flat rate of $9.99. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. After your order is placed, we’ll contact you if any pickup or local delivery coordination is needed.
