If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with a simple, stress-free exchange policy. • 30-Day Window: Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. • Condition: Items must be unopened or gently used due to dissatisfaction. • Store Credit Only: Because we’re a small, independent salon, all eligible returns are issued as store credit toward any future purchase or service instead of a cash refund. • Final Sale Items:  Clearance items are final sale unless defective. • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged or we make a mistake, contact us within 7 days so we can replace or refund it right away. • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, JAM Glam Studio will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no charge.
