Cancellation Policy
Appointments Only All nail services are by appointment only. Please book in advance to secure your preferred time. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Late Arrivals If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to complete your service in the remaining time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Service Satisfaction Your happiness matters! If you notice any issues (such as chipping or lifting), please contact us within 3 days so we can schedule a fix if needed. Health & Safety For everyone’s comfort, please let us know of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if contagious conditions are present. Guests & Children To keep the space relaxing and focused, please do not bring extra guests unless they also have an appointment. Children are welcome if they are receiving a service and are supervised.
